Flagship believes that the billing problems are now resolved, with all overcharges being refunded over the next couple of days. They surprisingly also revealed the percentage of subscribers affected by this; 3%. Approximately the same number also attempted to subscribe successfully, but were not charged until the billing problems were resolved.
